Receipt Desk is an iOS app for creating professional receipts on your device. Short answers below, contact info at the bottom.

How do I create a receipt?

  1. Open Receipt Desk and tap Create Receipt.
  2. Add line items (description, quantity, price).
  3. Add customer name, date, payment method, and optional tax rate.
  4. Tap Save.
  5. From the receipt preview, tap the share icon to send as PDF.

How do I edit, delete, or duplicate a receipt?

Does Receipt Desk work offline?

Yes. Receipts are created and stored entirely on your device. You only need an internet connection when purchasing or restoring a subscription.

I just purchased Premium but the app still shows the free limit

I purchased on another device — how do I get Premium on my new iPhone?

Use the same Apple ID on the new device, open Receipt Desk, go to the paywall, and tap Restore Purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Receipt Desk.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

You keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

What data does Receipt Desk collect?

None that leaves your device. All receipts, customer details, and your business profile stay on your iPhone. Receipt Desk does not use analytics or tracking. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The app is not working — what can I try?

  1. Close and reopen the app.
  2. Make sure iOS is up to date (Settings → General → Software Update).
  3. If a specific receipt fails to open, try duplicating it and deleting the original.
